Verified · BaniDBਹੁਕਮੈ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਹੁਕਮ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਹੁਕਮੈ ਜੇ ਬੁਝੈ ਤ ਹਉਮੈ ਕਹੈ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥੨॥
Hukmai andar sabh ko baahar hukam na koe. Naanak hukmai je bujhai ta haumai kahai na koe.
Meaning
Everyone lives within the Divine order; no one stands outside it. Whoever truly understands that order stops speaking the language of ego.
ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਰੱਬੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ; ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ। ਜੋ ਇਸ ਹੁਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਹਉਮੈ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਬੋਲਣੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
